Throwback Thursday - Making an Embossing Folder

If you follow my blog you know that I am a HUGE Disney fan, so if there is a way to combine Disney with my crafting it always makes me happy.

I have organized Disney Pixar Blog Hops over the years, and in one of them my friend Tami showed how she made a Mickey Mouse embossing folder.  Well I just HAD to try this for myself.

Here is what my first test of the embossing folder looked like.

I used the folder on a 2 page layout I did of our trip to Walt Disney World on the yellow piece behind the characters.  Click HERE if you would like to see the original post for that project.  

My daughter wants me to make a Donald Duck embossing folder.  Using this same idea, you could create custom embossing folders with your name . . . that might be one of my next projects!
