Congradulations card

Here is another card that I made recently.  My sister-in-law just had her second child, and we wanted to send a gift, so I also made her a personalized card.

I had some paper that had various animals on it that I had used for a baby shower layout in the past.  Since this baby was a boy, I accented with some baby blue glitter paper on the bottom edge.  Then I cut the "Congrats" with my Simply Sweet Cricut Cartridge, first in blue glitter paper and then with the shadow effect out of green glitter paper.
