An Elephant Never Forgets

My daughter has a friend that likes elephants, so she asked me to make a birthday card with elephants on it.
Since I knew I would not have a LOT of time I wanted to do some thing quick but still cute.

I used a craft paper card for the base.  Then I decided to pull out some of my scraps.  I embossed one large red scrap with my Cuttlebug Happy Birthday embossing folder.

Other scraps were cut into banner shapes and layered off to the side . . . I even added a little sparkle with some red rhinestone sticker sheets from The Buckle Boutique.

Then I had to work the elephants in as requested.  I used MyCutSearch.com to quickly and easily find an elephant image.  This one is from the Disney Dreams Come True Cricut cartridge.  It is from one of the pages that has Jasmine on it, in the icon feature button.  I cut the elephants from a paper that was blue with blue dots on it to give them a little interest.

This card was a good way to use up some little scrap pieces of paper too.
