Happy Birthday To You . ..

Here is a cute little birthday card you can make for anyone!  I think even them men in our lives would approve of this amount of sparkle on a card.

I used some red cardstock and folded it in half 

and then I cut some long rectangles with a rounded corners . . . layering black with a black polka dot paper on the top.  Then I cut several musical notes with the rainbow Dazzling Diamond Sticker Sheets
