Winter Birthday Card

My sister has a winter birthday, so I like to make winter themed card.  For this one I used the snowman cut from the Cricut Cartridge Doodlecharms.  I had some blue paper with white polka dots, that I thought looked like falling snow, so I used that for the background.  You cannot really tell in the picture, but the snow on the ground is glitter paper.

I used Mod Podge Dimensional Magic on the face elements and the buttons to give them a raised effect.
