I always find it a challenge when I need to make a card to give to a man. I want to use all of my pretty papers, but I don't want the card to look too "pretty" since it is going to be given to a guy. So for this card I had to try and tap into my masculine side.
I used a multi-striped paper that was a part of a paper pack that was given to me as a gift. Then I simply picked out a couple of coordinating solid colors and cut the word Thanks from the Opposites Attract Cricut cartridge. If you have been reading my blog in the past few days, you will see a pattern here . . . yes, I used Opposites Attract for all three of the last three cards I did. I was not planning on that, it is just how it worked out. That cartridge just had the cuts that looked "right" for what I was doing. Strange how that works sometimes.
