Vikings Coffee Sleeve

As some of you know, I have said that the Vikings usually play better when I am scrapbooking, crafting or shopping. Here is a project I did one Sunday while my husband was watching the game.

I used the cardboard sleeve that comes around the coffee cup as a pattern.  This one turned out a little big . . . it slides around a little . . . or it can only be used on a LARGE coffee.

Oh, and by the way . . . the Vikings DID win the day that I made this.

  1. I'm not a Vikings fan. Dolphins fan here and a Bears by association (hubby is a die-hard Bears fan) You must not have been crafting week 2 of the season. :) Alas, this is a really cute project. I was even thinking you could probably approach Starbucks and sell these on game day. :)

Thanks for sharing!! BTW, I replied to your fb message.

  2. You are right . . . I was NOT crafting week 2 of the season. My family has now told me that I am welcome to join them for the pre-game lunch with the family, but I have to be crafting by kick off!

  3. Hi Shawn! EAGLES fan here, and it seems they only win when I am WATCHING INTENTLY so I had to leave the Craft Loft in time for the 8:20 kick-off last night. (Sorry 49ers fans!) But you cup cozie is adorable anyway, and I love that idea. Daughter Emily and I had a productive day upstairs -- 14 cards between the two of us, each a different theme and style. WHEW! I'll be posting more on the blog, hopefully no later than this evening.

  4. Ellen . . . I will have to be on the look out for Eagles fabric so I can make one for my "sista" :)
