Crafts with ties

Father's Day is coming up, and I know when I was a child that meant picking out a new tie for Dad for a gift.  But what can you do with all of those OLD ties?  Here are some creative ways to reuse those old ties.

A wreath for your door

 A purse/tote/bag

A lampshade

A toy snake

a wallet . . . this could also be done for a small book cover






And if Dad already has gotten rid of all of his old ties and you want to try one of these projects, you could look for ties at garage sales and thrift stores.
